THE TWOJAYS OPTIONS
- Working with your current employees / contractors to streamline your processes and fill in the gaps where needed.
- Meeting with your maintenance supervisor to discuss the needs, then formulate a plan to achieve the outcomes required. This can be achieved by using our men, and / or other contractors under our supervision.
- Design and implement a programme that is carried out by your company. Our role would be to oversee that the works have been completed to a satisfactory level and within the timeline.
- Plan & organise shut down style works for major upgrades, changes or re-engineering.
Depending on your requirements we can have our men arrive onsite in a fully equipped service vehicle, or we can place one of our equipped site containers on your site from which to work.
NOTE ! Twojays can also offer an afterhour’s emergency service should there be a breakdown.
PAYMENT SYSTEMS:
We offer a payment system where there is a monthly or weekly fee which relates to the requirements previously decided.
This can be achieved in a few ways;
MONTHLY CONTRACT FEE
Monthly Fee that relates to hours spent onsite (reconciliation at end of each month). This package works particularly well for our clients as not only does it guarantee service, it can be allowed in the company budget. As time passes we can adjust the figure closer which saves you more money as you only pay for work completed. As a further incentive, there are no travel times added to your account, so the time paid for is productive time.
ONE OFF PROJECT COST:
- Project cost for a specific project.
ONE OFF DO & CHARGE SCENARIO:
- Straight do and charge scenario. Includes straight contract hourly rates and travel time.
This is obviously the least beneficial for companies that are trying to budget proportional expenditure throughout the year for R&M. Many of our existing clients have commenced their association with Twojays using this method but have now seen the benefits of the Monthly Contract Fee option and moved over to this.
