Daniel Connolly
Managing Director
Daniel heads up the Twojays business and is very hands-on in the day to day running of the business. Daniel strives to keep Twojays at the forefront of available technology and bases the future success and growth of the Twojays business on supplying quality products and services to industry. 
Career Background:
Daniel started the Twojays business along with his father Terry in 1994 after recognising a shortage of reputable engineering and fabrication businesses in the marketplace.
 Daniel has over 20 years experience in varying industry sectors, including mining, earthmoving, transport, construction & manufacturing. Daniel’s forte is in the engineering based operational management but also has particular abilities in the repair and preventative maintenance of plant and equipment.
 
Terry Connolly
Director - Special Projects
Terry is an integral part and a major driving force behind Twojays business. He has unmatched experience across many industry sectors with excellent management and leadership skills.
Terry has particular focus on special projects, product development and facility / asset management within the business.
Career Background:
Terry began his trade life as a diesel fitter and mechanic with extensive experience in the heavy machinery field. Using this as a basis Terry went on to build and run a variety of businesses, including earthmoving / transport, nursery / landscaping, a restaurant and finally the Twojays business in conjunction with son Daniel.
Terry’s business morals and ethics are only surpassed by his fault finding and problem solving skills which he uses to achieve practical solutions to problems, achieving the best outcome.
   
Glenn Bunyan  MBT UNSW, GradDipIndMgmt UNSW
Design & Business Development Manager
Glenn joined the Twojays Group in October 2008 in the position of Design & Business Development Manager. Glenn sits on the Senior Management Committee and is an integral part of the Twojays business, focusing on product design, estimating / quoting, marketing and business development.
Career Background:
A  Press Metal / Injection Mould Toolmaker and Mechanical Engineer by trade, Glenn has had 30 + years of experience in small, medium to heavy manufacturing with an emphasis on high level management of manufacturing systems and design & development in both the metal and plastic industries.
Glenn holds a Masters Degree in Business & Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the University of NSW and has a great deal of expertise all facets of manufacturing businesses. 
Glenn has held positions such as:
·         General Manager responsible for setting up and establishing the NSW arm of a national roto-moulding business from a green-field site which included all infrastructure, staffing, manufacturing and sales / marketing.
·         Operations and Business Development Manager for a contract Laser Cutting company based in the Hunter.
·         Design & Development Manager / Board Member for a globally recognised and respected manufacturing company. 25 years in a technically based marketing role travelling extensively around the world working with multi-national pharmaceutical companies to design and develop fluid dispensing systems.
 
Scott Parish
Divisional Manager – On-Site Supply & Maintenance
Scott has been with the Twojays team since early 2009 in the position of Divisional Manager in charge of On-Site Supply & Maintenance. Scott is very well respected in the concrete, asphalt & construction industries throughout NSW and has a great deal of experience in on-site contract work.
Career Background:
Scott is a boilermaker by trade with over twenty years of experience in running and managing his family’s business, The Halin Engineering Company (since acquired by Twojays Engineering & Fabrication). 
Scott has a high level of expertise in site work involved in the streamlining of production, emergency repairs, upgrades & the manufacture and installation of complete plants predominantly in the construction industry.
Scott has management skills to handle 30 men & has an excellent understanding and implementation of the current OH&S regulations.

 

Ian Cochrane
Workshop Foreman
Ian has been with the Twojays team since 2010 in the position of Workshop foreman in charge of the machine shop and fabrication team.
Career Background:
Ian is a fitter / machinist / tool maker by trade with over 39 years of experience in the engineering industry.  Ian has spent 18 years in power station maintenance as a fitter, shift supervisor and main workshop supervisor covering all aspects of power station plants. Ian has spent the last 15 years at Hedweld Engineering running the machine shop and was instrumental in bringing in CNC machining. Ian’s high attention to detail and expertise in the mechanical trade enables Twojays to move forward in mechanical repairs and engineering solutions.
